Hi, my name is Sherri and after 25 years in the hospitality industry and designing artistic charcuterie at home, I decided to share what I love to do with all of you! .
I love what I do and it allows me to spend time with my husband and 13 year old daughter so it's a win win.

Same-day charcuterie is offered but is not always available. The fastest way to see if it can be done same-day is to text 949-929-8211.
Each board is handcrafted to order. We source our products from all over the globe. You may specify likes, dislikes, and allergies. You can also request certain products and if we have them in stock we can certainly add them to your creation.
Grazing tables are uniquely customized for your event and must be ordered by speaking with us directly. Please give us a call at 949-929-8211 and we will create a memorable grazing table for your guests together.
The earlier the better! We are a small business and dates fill up very quickly. If you want to secure your event or date please don’t hesitate and book it as soon as possible.
Our boards are best eaten within 24 hours but are built to last wrapped in the fridge for several days. We recommend removing them from the fridge 30-45 minutes before you would like to enjoy them. Charcuterie is best served at room temperature.
Pick up is not available and all orders must be pre-ordered. Boards are not ready to go without a pre-order.
