Hi, my name is Sherri and after 25 years in the hospitality industry and designing artistic charcuterie at home, I decided to share what I love to do with all of you! .

I love what I do and it allows me to spend time with my husband and 11 year old daughter so it's a win win.

Do you offer same-day orders?

Yes! Same-day charcuterie is available. To place a same-day order, call or text 949-929-8211.

Am I able to select the items included on my board?

Each board and box is handcrafted to order using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can customize your selection with your preferred meats, cheeses, and other stuff. Simply select the options that fit your needs best, and feel free to leave any special instructions in the notes section when placing your order.

What’s the process for ordering a Grazing Table?

Just click the 'Contact Us' button to send us a message directly, or give us a call using the number provided, we’ll take care of the rest.

How much time in advance should I place my order?

You can select a delivery date up to 48 hours in advance. However, we recommend booking early for larger events and orders, as our schedule fills up quickly. Please check the Grazing Menu or contact us to confirm lead time.

How long does it stay fresh, and should I refrigerate it for later?

Our boards and boxes are meant to be enjoyed fresh, but feel free to refrigerate them if you plan to graze the next day.
