Hi, my name is Sherri and after 25 years in the hospitality industry and designing artistic  charcuterie at home, I decided to share what I love to do with all of you!  

oc gourmet gal is a small, local Orange County charcuterie business that accomplishes big things from a little space.

I love what I do and it allows me to spend time with my husband and 11 year old daughter so it's a win win.   She's not a bad assistant either...
