CONTRACTS

WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES, PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM THAT THE DETAILS, (DATES, ADDRESS, TIMES, ORDER AMOUNTS) ON THE AGREEMENT ARE CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT.  SUBMITTING PAYMENT CONFIRMS THAT YOU AGREE, ALL OF THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE.

Payment

You may pay through PayPal and the invoice link, through Venmo to @ocgourmetgal or through Zelle at (949)929-8211.  

Due to product purchasing and scheduling

Cancellations less than 7 days from your delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.  

Cancellations 7-14 days prior to your delivery date will receive a full credit for future purchases.

Cancellations more than 14 days prior to your delivery date will receive a full refund.

Board Return Program

If you choose to return a "keepsake board" there will be a small refund for the return of a board in a timely manner and in great condition.   If the condition of the return is not satisfactory, no refund will be given.

Grazing Tables

All non-disposable boards and props that are provided for grazing tables including long boards, must be returned within 3 days of the event.  Mutually agreed on pick up times will be arrange between the client and oc gourmet gal.  Client will be responsible and billed for any broken, damaged or missing loaner props/boards/tables.
